The Main House

There is no kitchen until October. You have use of tea and coffee making facilities in the library which will be sanitised daily. There is a very small fridge, if you need alternative milk you are welcome to store it in there, but please make sure you wipe it with anti bac wipes provided beforehand.

You are welcome to eat takeaways on the patio but please bring your own crockery and dispose of the containers in the wheelie bins to the back of the courtyard.

If it is raining you are welcome to eat your takeaways downstairs at the dining table.

The Main House & Next Door

Please sanitise your hands on entering the building and leaving the building ( Sanitiser provided)

Please leave your windows open a little upon departure.

Please leave any rubbish in the pedal bin provided and tie it off before leaving.

Please inform me if you have fallen ill though out your stay as we will need to re locate any arriving guests into your room.

Please comply with social distancing if you were to come across another guest, the cleaner or anyone you may meet in the residential courtyard surrounding 16a.

Check out times have changed slightly to allow time for the cleaner to clean the rooms with appropriate ventilation time.

16a is nestled just off of Parchment Street in a small courtyard, giving you all the tranquility you need when taking some time away from day to day life. The Main House has three en-suite bedrooms, a large shared kitchen (coming October 2020), dining room and a  library. The accommodation can be booked in its entirety or you can book just one or even two of the bedrooms. Next Door has an ensuite bedroom with an extra double bed on the open mezzanine, a large kitchen and a movie room.  Both the Main House and Next Door share a beautiful patio with places to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

You can also book the both The Main House and Next Door if your party is larger.

This Luxury Accommodation in Winchester leaves nothing left for the imagination. The delicious combination of sumptuous and quirky interiors makes for a wonderful long weekend or midweek break away.
